ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM) certification is the industry’s most respected credential for specialists in residential property management. An established curriculum guides members through the certification process.  Requirements for this credential include:

  • IREM education offered online, on location or via home study

  • Adherence to the ARM Code of Professional Ethics

  • Specific industry experience demonstrated by portfolio size and job functions

  • Successful completion of a certification exam

ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO) accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience, and financial stability.  Requirement for this credential include:

  • A CPM Member on the executive team who completes the AMO curriculum

  • Adherence to the AMO Code of Professional Ethics

  • Business and financial stability, including insurance coverage
