IREM Industry Partners  (IP ) is an exceptional marketing opportunity for chapter members. It is an exclusive invitation for members to access outstanding professionals that provide services within the real estate property management industry. Unlike other organizations, this membership is limited in total and by industry creating greater opportunities for our partners. Due to limitations, we suggest signing up soon.

If there are no openings available, then you will be added to the waiting list and contacted periodically to reconfirm your interest in becoming an Industry Partner.

• Membership Luncheon and Events.

• Your company name and logo at each event table via table tents or place mats or flyers.

• One 5 minute presentation (max time) to the membership before a luncheon of your choice and a table for presentation of your company product / service at that same event.

• Web Site Content. Your company will be able to contribute two success stories to chapter’s web site for publication during the year. These stories are about a recent success a manager or property has had with your services, limited to 200 words.
• IREM Chapter 46 Scholarship Contribution. A portion of your Investment will be donated to the IREM Foundation for the Chapters benefit in providing individual course scholarships enabling seasoned and new management professionals to attain IREM credentials.  This contribution is tax deductable: $225.  This is part of the Gold Level Sponsorship.
• Top Sponsorship priority and recognition at other special events.
• Industry Partner Committee.  Industry Partners are encouraged to participate on a committee, but ALL IPs are expected to participate in the annual IP Committee Meeting held at the end of the calendar year.
